Pick your plan, tell us your kids’ ages, and we deliver fresh toys to your door based on your subscription. When it’s time for new ones, we pick up the old toys and drop off fresh ones.
What kind of toys?

Every category — building sets, pretend play, active play, puzzles, and learning toys — all age-matched for kids 3–10.
How old does my kid need to be?

ToyDash is designed for kids aged 3–10. Younger siblings often enjoy the toys too, but our age-matching and safety vetting starts at 3.
What if my kid falls in love with one toy?

Totally understood — just let us know before pickup and we’ll keep that toy an extra cycle. No extra charge, no questions asked.
How are they cleaned?

Every toy is sanitized with baby-safe, non-toxic cleaners and inspected before going out again.
What if a toy breaks?
+
Kids are kids — an occasional cracked piece or scuff is on us, no questions asked. If the same toy keeps coming back unusable, we’ll reach out about a replacement fee before charging anything. No surprises, ever.
What if we lose a piece?

It happens — don’t stress. Just let us know when you return the toy. A single missing piece is on us; we only charge for a fully lost set.
What if I miss porch pickup?

Just shoot us a text. We’ll swing back the next day — no fee for a first miss. After that we charge a small $5 re-trip so we can keep everyone on schedule.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — we know family needs are always changing. Pause or cancel whenever you want. No contracts, no fees.
Where do you deliver?

Ivins, Santa Clara, St. George, Washington, and Hurricane. If you’re outside that area, drop us a note — we’re expanding as demand grows.
